The charity was placed under statutory inquiry inFebruary 2026toinvestigateserious concerns around possible financial mismanagement.
Adam StephensofS&W Partners Ltdhas been appointed as Interim Manager of the charity to the exclusion of the charity's trustees. His tasks include:

Taking over the general administration and management of the charity.

Taking any steps immediately necessary to secure the property of the charity including its assets and bank accounts.
*
Assessingthe charity's viability to continue providing services to its beneficiaries.
*
Representingthe charity in negotiations with HMRC to resolve the charity's debt.
The Commission's inquiry into the charityremainsongoing.
