Providers can apply at any time. Successful applicants will deliver work under the 2024 Standard Civil Contract.
We intend to award contracts to commence as soon as possible after the verification process is complete.
Why is this happening now?
People use legal aid when dealing with housing and financial issues such as eviction, homelessness or unmanageable debt and creditor action. To maintain strong coverage, we need more organisations.
Who can apply?
We are welcoming applications from:
* current legal aid providers who would like to expand
* new organisations entering the legal aid market
* organisations able to meet the contract's quality and supervisory standards
