The Regulatory Policy Committee received an impact assessment for theImmigration and Asylum Billfrom the Home Office on 30June 2026.
The impact assessment was published on GOV.UK on 30June 2026.
We are independently scrutinising the quality of the evidence and analysis used by the department to support the case for regulation.
Our opinion of the impact assessment will be published for transparency as soon as our scrutiny process has been completed
