LONDON, Sept. 15 -- The government of the United Kingdom issued the following news:

Your key responsibilities will include:

Budget and finance - profiling of the budget to ensure that sufficient funds are allocated to individual areas of work. Is responsible for the production of a monthly forecast of expenditure.

Procurement - support the Inspectorate and Business Support Manager to facilitate the administration of any contract issued on the procurement of goods and services.

*

Purchase orders - responsible for this end-to-end process.

*

Invoice payment - responsible for liaising with the requestor to ensure all goods and services were delivered as agreed, and processing all invoices within prompt government payment targets.

*

Marine Accident Investigators' International Forum - act as the treasurer, liaise with the Chief Inspector of Marine Accidents to ensure all countries' invoices are paid and produce an annual audit report.

*

Receipts - payments of any nature made to the MAIB for work carried out are to be paid into the appropriate DfT bank account.

*

General administrative duties- responsible for the provision of general administrative support to the Head of Business Support.
