The application should describe the device entering the certification process and requirement for the device to be certified. All requested information required as part of the application is outlined in the questions within in this RFI. This will include providing Technical File, Part A General application information requirements (as outlined within Appendix A of the Standard), confirmation that devices are final products and ready to test, confirmation applicant would be ready to submit Part B: Technical File Detail Requirements to the authority should the triage of their application be successful to procced and an applicant declaration. No information contained in this RFI, or in any communication made between the Authority and Organisation, business or company in connection with this RFI, shall be relied upon as constituting a contract, agreement, or representation that any procurement or contract may result from this RFI. Under no circumstances shall the Authority incur any liability in respect of this RFI or any supporting documentation. The Authority will not reimburse any costs incurred by applicants in connection with preparation and submission of their responses to this RFI. Applicants are not guaranteed that their application will be progressed for technical file review and testing for certification.
