Description: Maximus intends to participate in DWP's upcoming procurement for Future Employment Support for out-of-work Universal Credit claimants. The service is expected to provide personalised and tailored support that is responsive to individual needs and local area. This may include skills, training and work experience; matching participants with employers through job trials, jobs fairs and job brokering; support with self-employment; intensive and repeated support with applications and interviewing; support in managing health conditions in the workplace; support with travel and childcare; and access to specialist support (e.g. ESOL, addiction). Our ambition is to work with a diverse network of partners who share our commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support and measurable impact. Maximus is interested in engaging with a diverse range of providers, including (but not limited to): - Specialist skills and training providers - Local and community-based organisations - Employer-facing and recruitment specialists - Health, wellbeing, and disability support providers - ESOL and inclusion-focused organisations - Organisations supporting individuals with complex or multiple barriers We are particularly interested in organisations that can demonstrate: - Proven experience supporting individuals into employment - Ability to deliver personalised, intensive interventions - Strong local knowledge or presence - Employer engagement capability - Experience supporting individuals with complex needs - Innovative or evidence-based delivery models - Commitment to collaboration and partnership working Maximus will be undertaking a programme of market engagement activity to shape its supply chain and delivery model that may include: - Market engagement events / webinars - One-to-one discussions - Requests for information (RFI) Participation in this engagement process will not guarantee involvement in any future procurement, but we are keen to engage organisations early to allow time for co-design and collaboration as we develop our service offer. We encourage SMEs. VCSE, local and specialist niche providers to express interest. Please note: Maximus will not be liable for any bid costs, expenditure, work or effort incurred by applicants in responding to this Expression of Interest, including if the procurement process is terminated, amended or delayed.
