Description: Mace Dragados require a specialist subcontractor to carry out the rendering works for the Magic Circle listed building adjacent to Euston Station in London. The works will comprise steel framing system, insulation, render, brickwork/blockwork (to the bottom 3.4m) and GRP cornices . We propose to let a single subcontract covering all of these works on a labour plant and materials basis . See attached drawings which describe the works required. The specified EWI System is by Wetherby Laroc and any subcontractor we propose to employ would have to be acceptable to them.
