Description: Balfour Beatty Living Places (BBLP) working on behalf of Lincolnshire County Council is undertaking an Expression of Interest (EOI) exercise to better understand the market for highway electrical, street lighting installations and utility connection services across the Lincolnshire Highways contract. The purpose of this exercise is to identify suppliers with relevant experience, capability and geographical coverage who may be interested in supporting future works. This is not a tender and no commercial pricing is required at this stage. The information gathered will be used to assess market capability and develop a shortlist of suppliers that may be invited to participate in a future procurement process. The focus is on suppliers with experience in highway electrical infrastructure, street lighting installations, utility connections and works within Northern PowerGrid and National Grid Electrical Distribution areas
